Consultations

Complimentary consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled at any time with at least 24 hours' notice as a courtesy to our team.

Appointments

In-person appointments (styling, sourcing visits, home management) require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule without a fee. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur the applicable session fee.

Memberships

Memberships may be cancelled on thirty (30) days' written notice. Prepaid fees for the current billing period are not prorated but outstanding services will be delivered through the end of that period.

Third-party bookings

Cancellations of third-party reservations (hotels, restaurants, vendors, tickets) are subject to the policies of those providers.
