Membership Terms & Conditions

These terms govern membership in Maison Aurevelle. By enrolling, you accept the terms below in addition to the Client Purchase & Payment Agreement.

1. Membership tiers

Maison Aurevelle offers Aurevelle Essentials, Aurevelle Signature, and Aurevelle Private Client memberships. Benefits and cadence are described on the Membership page and in each member's engagement letter.

2. Application & invitation

Essentials and Signature memberships are offered by application. Private Client memberships are extended by invitation only.

3. Billing

Membership fees are billed monthly or as stated in the engagement letter. Fees are separate from any merchandise costs, which are funded by the client per the Purchase Agreement.

4. Suspension & termination

Membership may be paused by mutual agreement. Either party may end the engagement on thirty (30) days' written notice; fees for services already rendered remain payable.

5. Confidentiality

All client information — preferences, calendars, purchases, and personal details — is held in strict confidence and used solely to deliver the engagement.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Maison Aurevelle LLC is organized.
