Service fees

Service fees for time already dedicated to your engagement are non-refundable. Unused prepaid session credits may be applied to future engagements within twelve months.

Merchandise deposits

Deposits held for approved merchandise purchases will be applied to the purchase price. Any unused balance is returned promptly at the close of the engagement.

Merchandise

Refunds on merchandise are governed by the vendor's own policy. Maison Aurevelle assists with returns and refunds where permitted but does not guarantee vendor outcomes.

Requests

Refund requests may be submitted in writing to atelier@maisonaurevelle.com and will be answered within seven business days.
